We are here to help you informally resolve any problems or disputes that might arise between the parties involved in your claim, and we can answer your questions about the workers' compensation system. There is no charge for our services.

Kids' Chance of Oregon
The Mission of Kids’ Chance of Oregon is to provide financial support to further the education of the children of Oregon workers who have been severely injured, totally disabled or killed as a result of work related injuries or occupational diseases. It is the goal of Kids’ Chance of Oregon to make a difference in the lives of these children by providing scholarships to help eligible students achieve both their educational goals and their families’ dreams.

Benefit Levels for Fatal Injuries
The Oregon workers' compensation benefits for accepted fatal injuries are effective July 1, 2014. The benefits apply to Oregon injured workers subject to ORS Chapter 656 with dates of injury on or after July 1, 2014.
