Annual Report of Client Data by Race - 2016
In 2013, ORS 182.112 was enacted which requires that those seeking a state grant prepare an impartial, simple, and easy to understand racial and ethnic impact statement. The statement should show how proposed legislation could impact or change the racial and ethnic composition of human services recipients as well as the criminal offender population. The Annual Report of Client Data by Race is provided in support of this bill.
