The Office of Contracts and Procurement (OC&P) provides contracting and purchasing support and services for the Oregon Department of Human Services and the Oregon Health Authority.​

Contracts

The Contracts office is responsible for preparing, issuing and awarding contracts to qualified vendors in a manner that protects people, assets and public trust.​

Procurement

Through the delegated authority of the Department of Administrative Services (DAS), procurement staff insure legal compliance in the procurement process and have overall responsibility for ODHS and OHA purchasing practices. This includes the responsibility to solicit, purchase and contract for trade services (janitorial contracts), information technology (servers, computers, software), equipment leases, and other goods and services. 

Procurement staff are also charged with locating products, developing specifications, soliciting prospective vendors and creating purchase orders.
