Intellectual/Developmental Disabilities Certification and Licensing

The Office of Developmental Disabilities Services endorses, certifies and licenses agencies and organizations that provide services to children and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD).

Following initial Medicaid Agency Certification, endorsement and licensure, the Licensing Unit monitors licensed homes and agencies. This includes regular licensing inspections and reviews for complaints and quality assurance.
