The Integrated Services and Supports Rule (ISSR)
Addictions and Mental Health Division
The Addictions and Mental Health (AMH) Division has integrated administrative rules for the following services and supports:
Outpatient Community Mental Health Services and Supports for Children and Adults Intensive Community-Based Treatment and Support Services (ICTS) for Children Intensive Treament Services (ITS) for Children Outpatient and Residential Alcohol and Other Drug Treatment Services Outpatient and Residential Problem Gambling Treatment Services
Public hearings for the rules were held in October. Consideration of comments made at the public hearings is under way and the final draft of the rules will be available soon.
