The Business Transition (BT) Closing Checklist should be utilized in the Closing Process.  Use it to evaluate whether or not the Closing activities for Business Transition Management have been completed and the BT resource is ready to close the project move on Operations and Maintenance.
  This plan essentially serves as a final review prior to operations and maintenance and details the service/performance level agreement that all stakeholders share.
