The State Procurement Office of the State of Oregon, on behalf of all State agencies, entered into a contract with nextSource, Inc. for the provisioning of a Managed Services Program (MSP). The MSP is used for the contracting of selected Information Technology (IT) Professional Services.
nextSource, Inc. provides a web application for the State to use to contract for IT Professional services. The application is called TAMS (Talent Acquisition Management System).
