What We're Doing
| PCoE covers activities performed by organizations to manage and, if necessary, improve their business processes through Business Process Architecture (BPA), Continuous Process Improvement (CPI), Business Transition Management (BTM) and encompassing Portfolio & Project Management (PPM). PCoE is a management model that allows the organization to manage their processes as any other assets and improve and manage them in an ever changing environment. |

1. CORE IT Service Program
Core information technologies include desktops and operating systems, email, and file and print services which directly impact all DHS employees and indirectly impact external partners. The program will increase business efficiency for end users, infrastructure hardware, and operating systems to support internal and external electronic collaboration while improving information security.
