APDs used for reference have been selected as the best examples currently
available for requirements, rating criterion, and contain current terms,
conditions and the most complete reference material.
For retention purposes, contracts will be archived on the following basis:
- No document will be kept longer than eighteen (18) months unless no
equivalent or more modern version is available.
- Newer version contracts will replace an older version upon panel approval.
The panel consists of PMO and OC&P staff.
