designed to assist staff with contract writing.
Contract Preconditions: elements of the contracting process that
need to be resolved or completed prior to writing the actual Request for
Proposal (RFP).
The contract documents are a reference tool. All components of a new
contract, (SOW, APD, IRR, RFI, RFP, etc) must be constructed on the basis
of current requirements, templates, terms and conditions, policies and
procedures, etc.
Templates, forms and tools that have not been
fully implemented and are still in DRAFT form will be indicated in italics.
