Provide requirements form to designated Resource Process Manager (RPM)
- Step #1: RPM sends e-mail to DAS SPO requesting next vendor on the
approved list.
- Step #2: DAS SPO identifies the next vendor on the approved list and
sends reply e-mail to RPM with contact information and work order number.

Select Contractor
- Step #1: RPM Request resumes from vendor and evaluate
- Step #2: RPM and TPM\PM Interview selected candidates and make selection
- Step #3: RPM submits completed work-order to contractor for execution/signature
- Step#4: RPM submits to OIS for final execution.
- Step #5: (If Required) E-mail DAS SPO that vendor is not acceptable,
cc vendor.
- Step #6 (If Required) DAS SPO identifies the next vendor on the approved
list. Repeat steps 1 through 4.

Glossary
