Provide requirements form to designated Resource Process Manager (RPM)

  • Step #1: RPM sends e-mail to DAS SPO requesting next vendor on the approved list.
  • Step #2: DAS SPO identifies the next vendor on the approved list and sends reply e-mail to RPM with contact information and work order number.

2 Select Contractor
  • Step #1: RPM Request resumes from vendor and evaluate
  • Step #2: RPM and TPM\PM Interview selected candidates and make selection
  • Step #3: RPM submits completed work-order to contractor for execution/signature
  • Step#4: RPM submits to OIS for final execution.
  • Step #5: (If Required) E-mail DAS SPO that vendor is not acceptable, cc vendor.
  • Step #6 (If Required) DAS SPO identifies the next vendor on the approved list. Repeat steps 1 through 4.

  • Step #1: E-mail or letter to vendor confirming selection and expectations. Provide copy of executed work order to OC&P and OIS RPM.

Glossary

  • Task Duration Estimates - On average the task will be completed within that time frame.
  • Facilitate – Lead discussion and tasks that results in a completed product. Responsible for document version control. Collaborates with all stakeholders.
  • Lead – Primary ownership and responsibility to ensure the task is completed. Collaborates with all stakeholders.
  • Stakeholder – Individuals and/or groups who are involved in or may be affected by task activities.

Duration Estimates – Assumptions

  • Actual time requirement for achieving a contract will be affected by DHS’ priority, resource availability and skill requirements.
