PMO Services and Project Management Process Flows
The Project Management Office (PMO) offers support to the Office of Information Services (OIS) project managers in all the project management process areas, nine project management knowledge areas, and with product implementation. Our process flows are designed to give individuals a high level overview of the project management process areas, the key individuals involved in the process, and the major deliverables from each process.

PMO Project Management Processes and Guides
The PMO has developed project management (PM) processes and guides in the areas of Advanced Planning Document (APD) Process, Contract Process related to OIS, and our overarching PM Process. These are available to assist first time and experienced staff in applying project management knowledge, skills, tools, and techniques to project activities.
