Registration
Register for the conference using one of the methods detailed below. Check-in on the day of the conference begins at 7:30 a.m. Participants will select the workshops they wish to attend on the day of the conference on a first-come basis. Lunch will be provided; be sure to select either vegetarian or non-vegetarian when you submit your registration form by mail or through our online system.

Online Register online through the following link: http://www.ctfo.org/ctfostore.asp. Select registration for the "Shoulder to Shoulder Conference." VISA/MC accepted.
Mail/E-mail Complete and submit a registration form. Checks, Visa or Master Card are acceptable forms of payment. Please see the registration form for detailed instructions.

Regsitration fees, deadlines and scholarships
Early Registration - $60 Early registration fee applies to registrations received on or prior to 11/5/2010.
Late Regstration - $80 Late registration fee applies to registrations received after 11/5/10
Scholarships Through public and private support, full and partial scholarships for the payment of the conference registration fee are available to eligible conference participants.
