2010 Shoulder to Shoulder Conference

 
We expect approximately 900 attendees from around the state for the 2010 Shoulder to Shoulder Conference. Information is provided below for vendors interested in participating at the conference.

Accommodation

Accommodations are available to ensure people with disabilities can partcipate. Please give as much advance notice as possible by calling David Udlock at 971-673-2103 or send e-mail to david.udlock@state.or.us.

 
Continuing Education

Continuing Education Credits are available for social workers, attorneys, foster parents and mental health professionals. The fee for the CEU and CLE credits is $25 with pre-registration or $35 on the day of the conference.

 

There is no fee for foster parent credits. Please check in at the registration desk to receive information about how you can acquire credits for conference attendance.

Application forms can be submitted via email with a copy and check submitted by mail. Refer to the application for specific information.

  • $75 per table
  • $40 per shared table
  • $85 extra charge for electrical outlet
  • $20 box lunches available (optional)

 

Table requirements and set-up information

 

All exhibit materials must be on the tables provided by the facility. The conference facility does not allow overhead banners. Please provide give-away items and baskets at the tables to help promote more attendee participation. Registration at the conference begins at 7:30 a.m. and the last session concludes at 4:45 p.m. Set-up can begin at 7:00 a.m. the day of the conference.

 

There are a reduced number of exhibit tables available this year, so the tables will be allocated in the order that applications are received. Later applications will be put on a waiting list. To accommodate more vendors, we encourage you to consider sharing a table with another vendor for a reduced fee.
