2009 DD 50 Rate Matrix, Conducting ReBAR Assessments

ReBAR Assessment Unit
DD 50 Consumer Budgets and Service Rates

 

The ReBAR Assessment Unit was established in the Fall of 2008 and staff began conducting assessments in November 2008. The process for scoring ReBAR Assessment results and establishing individual budgets for consumers in DD 50 (24-hour Group Homes or Apartments) was developed during 2008, as well as implementation of DD 50 service rates for this consumer group.
