Meetings and workgroups

Public meetings are suspended until completion of a draft Request for Proposal (RFP) to procure a contractor to develop and operate the HRBO. DMAP plans to engage in an open, transparent and public process to determine the level of information and the level of access that both OHP clients and providers will have in HRBO.

Oregon has formed three committees that will work together toward the successful development of the HRBO project:

• Health Information Infrastructure Advisory Committee (HIIAC): For more information, read the Governor's Office press release about HIIAC and the Governor's Executive Order establishing HIIAC.
• HRB Executive Committee: In development
• HRB Advisory Committee: This is a small advisory committee comprising persons knowledgeable in health systems and health information. Past meeting minutes (PDF) - 10/28/08.

DMAP will announce HRBO public meetings on the OHP Public Meetings Web page and through DHS news releases.
