This employment opportunity is with Children, Adults and Families (CAF) which is part of the Department of Human Services. There is one full time opening located in Medford. This position is represented by a union.
This recruitment announcement will be used to establish a list of qualified candidates to fill the current vacancy and may be used to fill future vacancies as they occur.
QUALIFICATIONS
Completion of courses or training in Office Technology;
OR
One year of general clerical experience including typing or word processing, or other generating of documents;
OR
An equivalent combination of office technology/clerical training and experience.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Duties for this position includes but is not limited to processing all incoming and outgoing mail and to file client information and paperwork.
The major duties include:
Process hand delivered, UPS and USPS materials and mail.
File client information and paperwork on a daily basis.
Purge files and send to Archives.
Maintain closed case files.
Front desk duties.
Customer Service.
WORKING CONDITIONS
Travel. You must have a valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record. If not, you must be able to provide an alternate method of transportation.
