| Eligibility Verification on the Provider Web Portal |
Providers are encouraged to attend the Eligibility Web portal training to get a more thorough explanation of determining medical eligibility.
After attending this course, trainees will:
- Have a basic understanding of the replacement MMIS and how it impacts providers.
- Be able to perform basic functions on the secure provider Web portal.
- Understand how to review client eligibility data inquiries (current and historical eligibility stored in the MMIS).
- Be able to review client managed care enrollment status.
- Be able to review third party resource data.
- Understand how to assign clerk roles.

| Teleconference - Web Portal Q and A |
This teleconference will provide medical providers the chance to have specific questions addressed and get a better understanding about the Provider Web Portal.
- Subject Matter Experts will be available to address your questions.
- For the month of January, teleconferencing will focus on provider questions about setting up accounts, assigning clerk roles and the verification of client medical eligibility.
- As DHS moves through further implementation, other topics will be added.
Due to limited phone space through our carrier, each teleconference will have a mandatory registration. Once you are registered, you will receive the phone number to call in. |
