Meeting notice State Home Care Commission to meet ThursdayContact: Dan Barker (503) 947-5169 What: Public meeting of the state Home Care Commission When: Thursday, May 1, 2003, from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Where: Rooms 227-228, Winema Building 53, Chemeketa Community College, Salem. Agenda: Commission members will hear public testimony, receive reports and discuss work being done on a registry for home-care workers. In executive session under ORS 192.660(1)(d), they will hear a report from Oregon Department of Administrative Services labor-relations representative about the progress of bargaining with the union representing home-care workers. The nine-member Home Care Commission, approved by voters in November 2000, is charged with improving care to Oregon seniors and people with disabilities. |
