Governor's Council on Alcohol and Drug Abuse Programs

What: Public meeting of the Governor's Council on Alcohol and Drug Abuse Programs.

When: Tuesday, Dec. 21, from 9:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.

Where: Room 50, Oregon State Capitol, 900 Court St., N.E., Salem

Agenda: Council members will present awards in the morning, with a business meeting following a noon lunch. Business includes hearing a report about the governor's recommended 2003-05 budget for Oregon Department of Human Services mental health and addiction programs; a report on a childhood grant to link evidence-based behavioral health services to early-childhood settings; and discussion about an evaluation of an Oregon Liquor Control Commission pilot putting outlets into grocery stores.
