Governor's Council to hear from community, students about underage drinking

What: Public meeting of the Governor's Council on Alcohol and Drug Abuse Programs.

When: Tuesday, April 18, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Where: French Prairie Middle School library, 1025 N. Boones Ferry Road, Woodburn.

Agenda: Council members will spend most of their day on the subject of underage drinking. They will engage in roundtable discussions with community members beginning at 9 a.m., hear from students beginning at 11:45 a.m., and make a brief presentation to First Lady Mary Oberst beginning at 12:25 p.m.
