Health care coverage to low-income Oregonians
Vision
Because there aren’t enough openings to meet everyone’s needs, the department is creating a reservation list of people who are interested in applying for OHP Standard.

Programs
The Oregon Health Plan (OHP) provides health care coverage to low-income Oregonians through programs administered by the Department of Human Services (DHS). Currently, more than 380,000 people each month receive health care coverage through the OHP. OHP clients are assigned to a benefit package, based on several eligibility factors.
