The Oregon Breast and Cervical Cancer Program (BCCP) helps low-income, uninsured, and underserved women gain access to lifesaving screening programs for early detection of breast and cervical cancers. Each year the Oregon BCCP helps approximately 6,000 eligible individuals receive life-saving screening services. Funding for this program is provided by generous grants from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and the Susan G. Komen for the Cure Oregon and SW Washington Affiliate.

BCCP Provider Survey
You are invited to participate in a survey that will allow you the opportunity to give feedback to the BCCP on key functions including data submission and billing. As a participant you will be asked to spend 5 minutes or less filling out an internet survey. Responses to this survey are anonymous.
