What is the BCCP Web Data System?

The BCCP Web Data System is an Internet-based program that allows enrolling providers, ancillary providers, and state administrators to collect and share information. Data and claims can be submitted directly to the BCCP electronically.

When do I use the BCCP Web Data System?

• Sept. 23, 2008:
  • When enrolling a client, use new paper forms and enroll the client using the BCCP Web Data System.

• Oct. 27, 2008: DEADLINE
  • Paper enrollment forms, tracking forms, and claims will not be accepted at the BCCP administrative office for clients enrolled after this date. These clients must be enrolled via the BCCP Web Data System.

Data System To Do List

• Get on our email list:
  • If you have not received our newsletter or recent email about the system, email bccp.info@state.or.us with your name, organization name, site (if there’s more than one), position, email, and phone number.
• Get contracted:
  • Current providers must renew their contract using the new Medical Services Agreement (MSA). Potential new providers should get on list for future contracting.
• Request a Web Data System User Name and Password
  • Fill out and turn in this form.
• Get trained:
  • Take online training on how to fill out the new paper forms and use the new Web Data System.
• Download the Web Data System User Guide:
  • The User Guide is a manual tells you how to log on, enter data, and enter claims into the BCCP Web Data System.
  • Download it (pdf) or view it online.
• Print out forms:
  • Download and make copies of the new paper forms. You will be entering all the information from the forms online. You will not longer mail or fax any of these NEW forms to the State.

• Practice online:
  • Log on to our PRACTICE BCCP Web Data System.  Any data or claims entered into the PRACTICE Web Data System is just for practice.

• Log on!
  • After you have been trained, log on to the BCCP Web Data System to enter data and submit claims.

About Claims Submissions

• What CPT codes does BCCP cover?  What ICD-9 codes does BCCP accept?  What modifiers and location of service codes can be used?
  • List of CPT’s, ICD-9, modifiers, and location of service codes (pdf)
  • This list and rates are subject to change.
• You will have the ability to input claims directly into the BCCP Web Data System or to submit them electronically using the HIPAA standard 837 format.
• The system will be able to accept claims electronically using the 837 Professional format (837P) but not the 837 Institutional format (837I).
• If you plan to bill using the 837P and would like to receive specifications or if you have a need to bill using the 837I, please email bccp.info@state.or.us.
