The Center for Health Statistics (Vital Records) is Oregon's vital records office. Each birth, marriage, divorce, and death that occurs in Oregon is registered and filed with our office.
The Vital Records office is responsible for certifying, amending, and issuing these vital event records, compiling and analyzing data from the records, and maintaining the adult and youth risk behavior surveys.
Vital Records is proposing to amend its fees rule to include: 1) Commemorative Certificate of Stillbirth, and 2) Electronic verification. Please see the linked documents that follow for details on the changes and the methods by which comments may be submitted.
