What restrictions apply to using these materials?

The materials in the Oregon Diabetes Resource Bank are intended to be used by health professionals as patient education aids, to help reinforce key messages about diabetes self-management.

 

The materials are not intended to be used as a substitute for medical advice and diabetes education given by a patient’s doctor or diabetes educator.

There is no charge for the materials in the Oregon Diabetes Resource Bank, but a few restrictions apply:
  • Copyright 2007

     

  • You are not permitted to change these materials in any way unless you get written permission in advance from the Oregon Diabetes Coalition.

     

  • Commercial use of these materials is prohibited.
Other pertinent information:
  • Materials will be updated periodically.  To help you check on whether you are using the most recent version, all materials include a date in the credit line at the bottom of the page.

     

  • New materials will be added from time to time.  Visit the web site periodically to see new titles.

     

  • You can print in color or black and white.  Each piece is provided in two versions (color pdf & b/w pdfs).
