Public Notification & Participation

Oregon's Environmental Health Assessment Program (EHAP) regularly conducts meetings and availability sessions to announce new studies, discuss the findings of assessments, and invite the public to comment on reports. Comment periods are an opportunity for the public to comment on EHAP's findings or proposed activities contained in draft reports or documents.

EHAP is currently accepting public comments on the Formosa Mine Public Health Assessment.  Please submit your written comments and input to: ehap.info@state.or.us by August 1, 2009.
