2009 RECERTIFICATION SURVEY


The Oregon EMS & Trauma Systems office is planning an online recertification process for all First Responders and EMTs.

An online survey has been created to gather input from certificate holders and agencies.

Please help us in making this a smooth and friendly process by filling out a short survey. The survey will run from November 5th thru December 31st.
