EPHT Mini-Monograph

The journal Environmental Health Perspectives is publishing a "mini-monograph" on Environmental Public Health Tracking. An Environmental Health Perspectives mini-monograph consists of several peer-reviewed articles that address a specific topic and may include original research, perspective reviews, or a combination of original research and review. This presentation provides the reader with insights and depth of coverage that a single traditional review article cannot.

These seven articles discuss some of the policies, methods and pilot projects of the Environmental Public Health Tracking program. CDC is funding the EPHT program in over twenty states, planning towards building a national EPHT Network. The articles were designed to share information about the program, and were written by participants from CDC and some of the grantee states.
