The Oregon Statewide Planning Group (SPG) consists of people from state and county health departments, community based organizations (CBO's) representatives from community based groups and individuals who are infected with or are affected by HIV.
The primary task of the Oregon SPG is to develop a comprehensive HIV prevention plan which is based on scientific evidence and community needs. The Comprehensive Plan contains recommendations of priority populations, community service needs, and intervention activities that can be used in communities throughout Oregon.
