CAREAssist
Program Data - Quarterly Reports
CAREAssist provides coverage to three distinct groups (Group 1, 2 and 3). A detailed description of these groups can be found in our Program Description. Briefly the criteria for the groups are as follows:
- Group 1 (Core Group. This is Oregons ADAP). The target population for this group includes those with income eligibility at less than 200% of the Federal Poverty Level.

- Group 2 (Supplemental Group). The target population for this group includes those who are on Medicaid (The Oregon Health Plan) or are Veterans Administration eligible clients.

- Group 3 (Expansion Group). The target population for this group includes those who are at 200-300% of the federal poverty level AND with medical insurance.
