CAREAssist Formulary

"Formulary" is the term used to mean the list of prescription drugs that the CAREAssist program will cover at full price, in the event that the members insurance policy does not pay a portion of the cost. Medications not listed on the CAREAssist Formulary must be covered by the members insurance policy in order for CAREAssist to assist with the copay.

For persons participating in the Bridge Program the formulary is open, meaning that there are no restrictions on the prescription medications CAREAssist will fully cover.
