Program Eligibility

Client Eligibility

1. To qualify for Ryan White Program, Part B financial assistance, a client's gross income can be no more than 250% of Federal Poverty Guidelines (pdf). HIV Medical Case Management is exempted from this requirement.

2. Client must be HIV positive.

3. Client must be enrolled in HIV Medical Case Management.

4. Client must define their primary residence in Oregon and live outside of Clackamas, Columbia, Multnomah, Washington, Yamhill Counties
