June 2008: Public Health Summer Protection Issues
(Vol. 3, No. 6 focuses on public health summer protection issues including West Nile Virus, skin and sun, algae blooms and summer travel. County best practices are featured from WIC and Multnomah County. This issue contains the annual readership survey. May 2008: Public Health's Evolving Use of Technology
(Vol. 3, No. 5 is a special edition regarding the Oregon Public Health Division's evolving use of technology. April 2008: Oregon Master of Public Health Built on Statewide Collaboration

March 2008: Health Disparities -- Is Inequality Making Us Sick?
(Vol. 3, No. 3 includes information about health disparities and an upcoming PBS documentary series regarding the issue. Best Practices are featured from Multnomah County and its Health Equity Initiative. Also included -- the latest Oregon Public Health Division links and local public health news.)
February 2008: Interim Public Health Director, New OSPHL
(Vol. 3, No. 2 includes information from the interim Public Health Director and a special focus on the new Oregon State Public Health Laboratory. Changes in HIV reporting are detailed from the state perpective and also from a county perspective, with Marion County providing information. January 2008: 2007 Oregon Public Health Successes, 2008 Challenges
