Proposed amendments and new rule text for OAR chapter 333 divisions 100, 102, 103, 106, 111, 116, 118, 119, and 120 pertaining to Radiation Protection Services have been drafted (see below).
If you wish to present oral testimony, a public hearing will be held in Portland, Oregon at 800 NE Oregon Street, Room 1B, on June 23, 2008 at 3:00pm (see notice of public hearing below).
