Introduction
 
The Oregon Indoor Clean Air Act protects workers and the public from secondhand smoke at work and in public places.  Rules for certain aspects of implementation of the Act are under review including: hotel/motel signs, fines, and follow-up procedures for complaints received after a remediation plan has been completed.
