About the OTEC Catalog

The materials in this catalog are available at no cost through the Oregon Tobacco Education Clearinghouse (OTEC), which is funded by the Oregon Department of Human Services, Public Health Division, Tobacco Prevention and Education Program (TPEP). OTEC is operated by Portland Habilitation Center, Inc. through a contract with the Department of Human Services.
