- Indoor Clean Air Act (ICAA) Compliance Study Report 2009 (pdf) and 1 page ICAA compliance report summary (pdf). The Indoor Clean Air Act Compliance Study was an observational study conducted to assess compliance with the statewide Smokefree Workplace Law implemented on January 1, 2009.
- Demographic Differences in Tobacco Use and Utilization of Cessation Resources Among Asian Oregonians (pdf): December, 2008 and Asian Oregonians' Attitutdes Toward the Tobacco Quit Line (pdf): June, 2009. The AFC and its API Health Network identified two gaps in current knowledge about tobacco use and cessation among APIs. 1) We do not have good estimates of tobacco use among various API ethnic subgroups. 2) We do not know why API Oregonians do not use Oregon's Tobacco Quit Line. In response to these gaps, the AFC worked with the TPEP at Oregon's Public Health Division (Department of Human Services [DHS]), Oregon's Tobacco Quit Line, and NPC Research to develop the current community-driven project. The goal was to collect information about tobacco use and utilization of cessation resources and services among Asian Oregonians, and to examine how demographics, perceptions of harm, cultural factors, and linguistic acculturation are related to tobacco use and cessation.
- Focus Group Report: In 2004 and 2005, TPEP contracted with Grove Insight, an opinion research and communication strategy firm, to hold 28 focus groups representing 14 distinct demographic groups. Each group delivered an abundance of information for utilization by tobacco prevention programs for education and advocacy in their community.
- Oregon Air Monitoring Project: The purpose of the Oregon Air Monitoring Project was to examine indoor air quality in a sample of hospitality venues in Oregon, and to assess the relation between indoor air pollution and the presence of on-premise smoking.

Keeping Oregonians Healthy is a statewide report that summarizes information about the burden of chronic diseases and related risk factors among Oregonians. It provides information about how many people in our state are affected by various diseases or conditions that can cause them. It also reviews differences in rates of these conditions by county, by socioeconomic status, and between racial and ethnic communities in the state. Finally, it describes effective strategies through which we can manage and even prevent chronic disease among the state's population.
