So far, 35 improvement projects are complete resulting in benefits valued at $106.5 million. Benefits are tracked and updated monthly. Nearly 6000 online transformation courses completed
More and more employees are getting involved in our transformation efforts to show Oregonians how government can work well for them. Currently, DHS and OHA offer employees a Transformation Awareness online course, which provides an overview of the Transformation Initiative, and a Lean Thinking course designed to familiarize employees with the standard Lean tools used to simplify and streamline work processes. Each online course is self-paced and takes about 30 minutes to complete. So far, 4735 employees have completed the Transformation Awareness course and 1228 have taken Lean Thinking.
