Inmate Escape at Mill Creek Correctional Facility
At approximately 5:55 p.m. last night, Saturday, October 1, 2011, inmate Jason Magers, SID 8691926 escaped from the Mill Creek Correctional Facility yard. He was apprehended at approximately 6:30 p.m. by the Oregon State Police.
Inmate Magers was admitted into DOC custody July 5, 2011, for three counts of Possession of Methamphetamine in Yamhill County and one count of Burglary 2 in Polk County. His earliest release date would have been August 18, 2012.
