|
Michael Lee Baker was returned to custody in Coos County on Tuesday morning. Baker is a minimum-custody inmate who walked away from a Shutter Creek Correctional Institution work crew on April 11, 2011.
Baker was incarcerated June 24, 2008 on eight counts of Unauthorized Use of a Vehicle out of Lane County. His projected release date was Feb. 8, 2014.
