iLearnOregon is the Oregon Department of Corrections learning management system (LMS). DOC has a blended learning approach and this LMS allows us to register and track all training you participate in, whether it is DOC classroom, vendor sponsored, or online. iLearnOregon also serves as a tool to store training documents for easy use and to link you to online courses you can take on demand.

Logging into iLearnOregon
    
PLEASE NOTE: DOC employees and contractors do not create their own accounts.  Accounts are created automatically for DOC employees via the Personnel department.  If you don’t have an account, contact the DOC iLearn Administrator. If you have questions or concerns DO NOT contact the DAS Support.  Contact the DOC HelpDesk or the DOC iLearn Administrator.
 
Official Transcript Report
Follow the steps below to locate, print, and save your official "My Transcript Report" transcript.
MY TRANSCRIPT REPORT is your OFFICIAL DOC Training record that you would submit for further certification or with job applications.  It contains all your recorded training, instructor hours (If you are an instructor), and all your Personal Learning Events and Certifications reported to PDU.  It is a good idea to run this report for yourself annually (like a credit report) to ensure that all your training is recorded correctly.  REPORT any issues or discrepancies to the Professional Development Unit immediately.
  1. Log into iLearnOregon 
  2. From the Learning Home Page click the TRANSCRIPT on the Main Navigation Ribbon
  3. Then click on the My Transcript Report button.
  4. NOTE: this will open .pdf window with your official Transcript Report.

Personal Learning Event Form
Use this form when you have attended training that is not offered by DOC (i.e., seminar, conference, etc.) and you need to receive training credit.
