Fugitive Mario Gonzalez Sought
OREGON DEPARTMENT OF CORRECTIONS NEWS RELEASE

Inmate Mario R. Gonzalez walked away from a work crew in Sherwood at 8:50 Tuesday morning. All inmates on work crews are classified as minimum custody and are within 3 years of release.
 
Gonzalez was serving time on drug charges from Marion County. He is described as a 43-year-old Hispanic male, 5´9", 170 lbs. with black hair and brown eyes. He was wearing Prison Blues jeans with an orange "inmate" stencil on the knee and a blue denim long-sleeved work shirt with "inmate" stenciled in orange on the back.
 
Anyone with information about Gonzalez´s whereabouts should contact 911 or their local police department.
