Department of Corrections Seeks Fugitive Patrick Lewis

The Oregon Department of Corrections Fugitive Apprehension Unit is seeking information about Patrick Lewis, 25, who violated the terms of a transitional leave from the Oregon Summit Program on July 17, 2001.
Lewis is described as a black male, 5’11" tall, approximately 160 lbs, with black hair and brown eyes. He has a scar on his right eye and on his head. Lewis also has a tatoo on his right arm.
Lewis was serving time for delivery/manufacture of a controlled substance. His projected release date was November 27, 2002.
Lewis is believed to be in the Portland or Vancouver areas. Anyone with information about Inmate Lewis’s whereabouts should call the non-emergency number of their local law enforcement agency or the Department of Corrections Fugitive Apprehension Unit at 503-945-9030.
