Important information for Petroleum Load Fee taxpayers

A proposed increase in the petroleum load fee, from $4 to $6 per load, was to have gone into effect July 1, 2009. (OAR 837-090-1145). However, the State Fire Marshal is amending this rule to maintain the current $4 per-load fee.
 
The online forms for 2009 reflect the correct rate.
