TriMet transit payroll - assessment/deficiency.

TriMet self-employment - assessment/deficiency, return, and amended return.

Payments made by Automated Clearing House (ACH) debit or credit. Use the Pay By ACH Debit button below, or make ACH credit payments through your financial institution. Electronic payments are mandatory for businesses federally required to use the Electronic ​Federal Tax Payment System (EFTPS). For all other businesses, these methods are optional for the following taxes:

Corporate income and excise - quarterly estimated tax, extension, return. These payments are also now accepted through Revenue Online.

Combined payroll- Oregon unemployment tax, Oregon withholding, TriMet transit district excise tax, Lane county district excise tax, workers' benefit fund assessment.

Free option provided by the department for making Automated Clearing House (ACH) debit (EFT) payments using a checking or savings account. Use this option to pay the following taxes:

Tobacco consumer products and cigarette consumer tax.

Corporate tax.

You may also use Revenue Online to pay by credit or debit card for a fee (charged by the card service provider).
