• You are an Oregon resident; and
• Have a Federal AGI of $32,000 or less.
  

• Your AGI is $57,000 or less; and
• You are age 52 or younger.

• An AGI of $31,000 or less; or
• An AGI of $57,000 or less and were active-duty military personnel
  or reservist; or
  
• You qualify for the Earned Income Tax Credit (EITC).

• A federal AGI between $12,500 and $57,000 regardless of age.
  

• Federal AGI is $57,000 or less; and
