When can I expect my refund?
We match amended returns with the original return and process them in the order filed. Processing time for amended returns varies. It may take eight months or longer to process your amended return. If you filed an amended return with a complex issue such as a net operating loss, processing may take longer than normal.

Amended returns received the week of February 4, 2008.
If you filed your amended return eight months before today’s date and have not received your refund, please call the Tax Services Unit at 503-378-4988 or toll-free within Oregon at 1-800-356-4222.
