DPSST - Listening Tour 2011
Input used to improve delivery of programs and services
Each biennium, the Department Public Safety Standards and Training conducts a statewide listening tour to solicit constituent feedback on agency-delivered programs and services. During 2011, DPSST staff members visited 15 locations, and talked with hundreds of stakeholders. Each session consisted of an update on current agency improvement efforts, and an opportunity for constituents to respond to three questions:  
 
     1. What is DPSST doing right?
     2. What does DPSST need to improve?
     3. What programs and services are we not providing now that we should provide in the   future?
