Dental Renewals
Dental renewal postcards were mailed January 20, 2012.
The Board has moved to an online renewal process. You will need to provide the following information in order to access your renewal:
- Last Name as registered with the Oregon Board of Dentistry
- Last 4 digits of Social Security No.
- Oregon Dental License No.
Once you have accessed your online renewal application, you will be able to complete the process entirely online. If you should need to stop in the middle of the process, your information up to the last completed page will be saved and you can return at a later date to complete the process. You will be able to pay online with a credit card or you may choose to print your completed renewal and mail it to the PO Box with a check or money order. Currently we are able to accept US issued Visa or Mastercard only.
There will be no exception for the online process. If you do not have access to a computer, you can visit the local public library, a family member or friend, or even visit the Board office. If you are ready to renew, please follow the link below.
Licensees are personally responsible for their license renewal. That means no one other than the licensee themselves should be renewing their license.
Dental licenses for the current renewal cycle will expire March 31, 2012 . If you do not renew your license you cannot practice! Click the link below to verify if your license is current. Please keep in mind that if you just renewed recently there may be a delay in the posting of the information.
